Ihedioha Urges Samuel Raulbebe Nnoshiri To Be A Role Model To Imo Youths – Photos

“When a child washes his hands , he dines with Kings” That proverb epitomizes the success story of the Ezi Obodo born teenage sensation who took the league by storm last Season

Young Samuel Nnoshiri made the headlines for the right reasons in his debut season in the Nigerian topflight with Heartland FC of Owerri scoring Two goals and making two assists, a feat that got the attention of the Flying Eagles gaffer Coach Paul Aigbogun who invited him to camp.

Unfortunately he got injured on the eve of the U-20 World Cup and consequently missed out on the tournament. However when the Onus of representing Nigeria in the football event at the just concluded Africa games fell on the flying Eagles, Samuel Had another lifeline to live his dream which is to represent in the national colours.

At just Eighteen, Nnoshiri had tasted top flight action in our domestic league, represented his country with a silver medal to show for his efforts, a pointer that there is more in store for the teenager. Buoyed by the achievements of this hardworking youngster, The Chairman of Heartland FC Chief Bar Charles Ezekwem alongside other Board members deemed it necessary to present Nnoshiri to the Governor some days ago at the executive chambers of the IMO State Government House in Owerri.

Ezekwem reiterated the resolve of the new Heartland Board to rejig the team with quality talents, and Coaches alongside an enabling environment as a pre requisite for success.

Receiving the Silver medal winning Samuel, His Excellency RT Hon Emeka Ihedioha extolled the youngster for his dogged drive for success and urged him to remain focused and humble while urging him to be a role model to the youths of IMO
